Laemthong Corporation Group, we maintain well-equipped silo storage facilities for wheat to ensure that our raw materials consistently retain their high quality and remain sufficient for continuous wheat flour production to meet customer demand at all times. In terms of warehouse management, we operate dedicated storage areas for finished products with a strong emphasis on efficient inventory control through the FIFO (First In, First Out) system, ensuring effective inventory turnover. Our warehouse operations are supported by an integrated ERP: SAP system that connects inventory management, stock monitoring, sales, and delivery processes. This allows real-time checking of raw materials and finished goods, enabling fast order fulfillment and ensuring sufficient stock availability to consistently satisfy customer needs.
In addition, we place great importance on product quality and food safety. Therefore, we have selected advanced machinery from Bühler Group as the supplier of our wheat flour production line. This ensures that our wheat flour is produced under hygienic conditions, is safe for consumption, and can be fully traced throughout the production process, giving consumers confidence in the quality of our products. Our production systems are regularly audited and recognized by international standard organizations. Overall, the company has been certified with FSSC 22000 (Food Safety System Certification), GHPs (Good Hygiene Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), and HALAL certifications.
